Bankruptcy and Restructuring: Extensive experience in all aspects of chapter 11 corporate bankruptcy cases, including representation of debtors-in-possession, official committees of unsecured creditors, trustees, debtor-in-possession lenders, acquirers of assets, and creditors, as well as representation of parties in out-of-court debt restructurings.

Business/Corporate Governance: Extensive experience in business formation, corporate governance, strategic acquisitions, and asset sales.

Sean served as Judicial Law Clerk to the Honorable William T. Bodoh, Chief United States Bankruptcy Judge for the Northern District of Ohio from 1999 to 2001.
