Michael Kowalski is a partner at WSHB's office in Riverside, California. With over 30 years of experience, he has built a reputation for excellence in complex civil litigation. His extensive background encompasses several legal areas, including first and third-party claims, special investigations unit (SIU) investigations, and catastrophic claims involving construction accidents, trucking accidents, and product liability. Mike has conducted numerous examinations under oath and has defended clients in some of the most challenging cases in the region.
Outside of his legal career, Mike is an avid runner and hiker. He has completed five marathons and over 40 half-marathons. His outdoor accomplishments include summiting Mount Whitney in California and Humphrey Peak in Arizona, hiking the Grand Canyon from rim to rim, and completing half of the John Muir Trail.
Mike earned his Juris Doctor from Southwestern School of Law and holds a Bachelor of Science in Business from California State Polytechnic University, Pomona. He is licensed to practice law in the state of California.
