About Jeff G. Moore

Jeff G. Moore received a Bachelor of Science in Physiological Sciences from UCLA before obtaining his law degree from the University of California, Hastings School of Law in San Francisco in 1998. After passing the California State Bar, he spent eight years as a Deputy District Attorney for Riverside County. During his tenure at the District Attorney's Office, Mr. Moore was assigned to various specialized vertical prosecution units, including Grand Theft Auto, Welfare Fraud, Arson, Special Prosecutions, and Narcotics Prosecution. Designated as the Major Narcotics Vertical Prosecutor for the Southwest Division, Mr. Moore has received certification in Clandestine Laboratory Investigation from the California Department of Justice, which is the same training required for all law enforcement clan lab investigators. He has attended additional law enforcement trainings in the fields of homicide, auto theft, and high technology crime, as well as the CNOA (California Narcotics Officers Association) conference. Mr. Moore's assigned cases have encompassed virtually every major area of criminal law, from misdemeanor battery to first degree murder. Additionally, Mr. Moore participated as an attorney-coach in the Riverside County Mock Trial Competition for six years, before entering semi-retirement as a perennial scoring attorney for the competition.

Hired Attorney Jeff G. Moore

I cannot thank Attorney Jeff Moore of Blumenthal & Moore enough for his dedication and skill. My son was charged with attempted murder and lost his first trial in Murrieta, receiving 25 years to life. Through no fault of Mr. Moore. Immediately, he supported the appeal process, providing every detail needed. My son won his appeal and was granted a new trial. He begged for Mr. Moore to represent him again, and with his outstanding defense, my son won. Throughout both trials, Mr. Moore stood by my son, keeping me fully informed and answering my late-night texts, calls, and emails without hesitation. His professionalism, compassion, and relentless pursuit of justice were evident at every step. I truly believe it was divine intervention that brought him to our case when I could not afford a lawyer. Mr. Moore not only saved my son’s future but also gave our family hope. I wholeheartedly recommend him. He is an exceptional attorney and advocate.

Hired Attorney Jeff G. Moore

My family and I are extremely grateful to have had Jeff represent my brother. He goes on and beyond to advocate for his clients. He is quiet at times and doesn’t like to talk much about the case over the phone because he looks out for your best interest. He is very detail oriented and his calmness keeps you sane. He constantly keeps you updated and gives you reassurance when needed. My family and I highly recommend Mr. Moore. Our results weren’t the best but we know he gave it his all at all times. Thank you Jeff for giving 110% in my brothers case.

Hired Attorney Jeff G. Moore

This guy is a SCUMBAG!! Called me in to his office numerous times and then proceeded to berate me and tell me how I should just sign a plea bargain for a Felony charge. He treats his clients like HE’S THE PROSECUTOR NOT A DEFENSE ATTORNEY! His fee was almost $30,000 for a simple case. Find a different attorney.
