This guy is the worst lawyer I have ever dealt with . I was hit by a drunk driver , knocked out and taken to the hospital in an ambulance . I hired him and went to a chiropractor for several months . When it came time to settle with AAA he said they came back with an offer of 8500 and after he , the chiropractor and the hospital get paid I would net around $2800. My dad told me to send the case to an attorney in Orange county. I did so and got a final settlement for $ 49,334 . It sounds implausible I know but it is the honest to god truth . The new attorney pointed out numerous mistakes Goldberg made that he believed attributed to the low offer .
