When I retained Darren P. Trone, emotions were high between my ex-wife and me. I relied on his expertise in Family Law to make the division of assets including retirement/pension funds to be an equitable division. After many years and as I am getting closer to retirement, I find that Mr. Trone, in my opinion, did not represent me to make it an equitable division of assets. In my opinion, it was 2 lawyers and my ex-wife against myself. Division of all assets including retirement funds were to benefit my ex-wife. So, if you are a possible male client of Darren P. Trone, my recommendation is find someone else that will look out for your best interests. He did not represent me in my best interests in my case and now I am having to pay the price, in my opinion, of his negligence. If you want an attorney to represent your interests and only your interests, this attorney, if you are a male client, is not for you. My divorce was finalized in July 2000.
