Lisa's practice focuses on estate planning, estate administration, general business operations and sales, and real estate transactions. Lisa counsels individuals regarding estate planning, which, in addition to the preparation of basic estate planning documents, includes the creation of various types of trusts, gifting, transfers and leases of real property, and the formation of corporations, limited liability companies, partnerships and not-for-profit corporations. Lisa also represents and counsels buyers and sellers of residential real estate as well as fiduciaries in the probate of wills and administration of intestate estates. As part of her corporate practice, Lisa represents business clients in the formation and ongoing operation of business entities, as well as the purchase and sale of businesses. Prior to joining Esseks, Hefter, Angel, Di Talia & Pasca, LLP, Lisa had over 18 years of transactional experience practicing with international law firms and an international investment bank.
