Mr. Bosin's firm is a member of the New Jersey Chapter of the National Employment Lawyers Association. This is a group of prominent employment attorneys who share their experiences and knowledge. Steve is also a member of an association of long term disability insurance lawyers who similarly share experiences and knowledge.
Mr. Bosin was also founder and chairman of the business law committee of the Bergen County Bar Association.

In his years of experience, Steve has represented employees who were the victims of sexual harassment or who were wrongfully terminated from employment or suffered discrimination at the workplace. Steve has also advised and represented employees who were subject to non competition agreements. He has also handled breach of contract claims when employers wrongfully withheld payment. Mr. Bosin is a member of the Board of Directors of the New Jersey Chapter of the National Employment Lawyers Association.
Long Term Disability Insurance
Mr. Bosin has personally handled over 100 long term disability claims and has obtained substantial settlements from some of the largest insurance companies in the country. He is well acquainted with the information needed to appeal the denial of disability claims to the plan administrator and in federal court. Steve is also a member of a practice group of the very few lawyers experienced in this area.
Business Law
Using his background as a former SEC lawyer and the knowledge obtained in earning a Masters in Corporate Law at NYU Law School along with years of experience as Associate General Counsel of the Curtis Wright Corporation, Mr Bosin advises small business in various types of business transactions. This includes business formation, dissolutions and acquisitions.
