He files in the wrong court and once the case is moved to federal court he ghosts you. Vague communication never met face to face. Never even saw a photo of him other than the one on brodericks website . No zoom call nothing. Another attorney Mike Reilly takes over the case without ever informing me fortunato was terminated. They locked me out of the client portal. I was never uiedeposed and not informed of any court dates. This firm won't even give me my client file. Im not certain how many others had this lack of transparency but I found at least 8 federal employment cases on pacer that started with Fortunato filing in the wrong court, case then moved to federal court and then Mike Reilly being substituted in. Suddenly a notice of attorney termination for fortunato is sent to the court. Cases get left to quietly die. Look up his name on pacer and you will see the entire playbook. Same pattern every time. I wish I would have discovered this before they made a disastrous mess.
