He is the worst lawyer I've ever seen I went in there for a special needs to trust and we discussed it all and he wrote everything down and I go to the office to sign the paperwork and it wasn't even a special needs though it was a soul trust so I ended up having to tell her what is this and she tried to tell me oh no this is the trust for you I said no it's not I need hey a special needs trust but he made a mistake and Social Security denied it and right now I might be losing all my benefits do not hire this guy he's so unprofessional just like to his office he doesn't return phone calls like normal people worst lawyer I've ever dealt with. Please do not use this guy you'll be wasting your money he's nice up until he gets paid then you become the person that paid the guy first before he did his job the right way. Just like his paralegal leaving her stamp out in front of two people she don't even know which is so unprofessional it should be taken away from her.
After the case was settled by this lawyer, we never received the settlement in full as planned. We were shorted by the other party by $20,000 During this experience, i asked Maurice a question about my case and the reasoning behind us not fighting for more and the response i got was that he was dismissing me from being his client and he wasn't going to go back and forth with me. HE even stated, " i don't even want the remainder of what you owe me". Afterward, i receive all my files in the mail as well as a lien from the court showing i am being sued for the amount I owe him. Maurice, if i was supposed to receive "x" amount and i didn't, why do you think you would overall be obligated to 35% of an amount i didn't receive? im confused, why don't you fight for the rest of what is owed to me , as that is ultimately the money your looking for. you cant get 35% of something i didn't get.
