From the start Scott hard a plan, from picking the right judge to uncovering documents that nailed our case. He destroyed the defendant's arguments by getting the judge to throw out the two pieces of information the defendant's lawyer offered as evidence, completely undercutting their arguments and basing ours on solid precedence and existing documents unearthed from Sandoval County filings. I try and stay as far away from lawyers as I can. They are expensive and frustrating. Scott was great to communicate with and is more than worth his services. Scott is a very good lawyer.
