If you're lucky enough to have Ms, Foghi represents you consider yourself lucky she is knowledgeable and experienced on all aspects of the law. I am 1,000% blessed to have cross paths with Boglarka. Boglarka Foghi is an expert in family law. She's been doing it forever and knows her stuff inside and out.

To be honest, in our first meeting, she promised that I would get half the business. I explained to her all the details and I showed her all the paperwork that I had to do on my own. I hired her back in 2018 and she promised me that I would have part of the business. She dropped me because she said she couldn’t help me anymore… after a few months…giving her $10,000 then she drops me I do not recommend her Prior to her I was with another attorney, Samuel Behar…he to took me for $10,000. It’s so sad how people take advantage of one that’s emotional and stressed. I still didn’t get a divorce, that would’ve been easy, it’s the dividing the business that both attorneys had no knowledge of. Which they both told me they knew. Do your research before you hire an attorney.

This lawyer, Boglarka Foghi, represented me in 2017 in a case against my spouse. We worked out our issues. In 2025, Boglarka Foghi organized papers against me from my husband. First, she can’t represent my husband against me because she already represented me against my husband. In addition, my husband is in a psychiatric unit so how was he able to hire a lawyer? She knew where he was because she visited him at the ward. She didn’t recognize his face from 2017? I had to hire a lawyer to bring to her attention what she was doing and to get rid of her. I reported her to the Supreme Board so many times I lost count.

I wrote a formal complaint regarding attorney Bolarka Foghi, who is currently attempting to represent my husband. My husband is presently a patient in the psychiatric facility. My husband is not of sound mind to obtain a lawyer. Recently, Ms. Foghi visited my husband at the hospital under the pretense of a lawyer–client meeting. The hospital’s social worker immediately contacted me and advised that Ms. Foghi should leave the premises. The nursing staff at the psychiatric facility also instructed her to leave. I have terminated Ms. Foghi’s services multiple times, both by text message and email. Despite this, she continues to contact my husband and me and attempt to serve me with legal documents. I am concerned about her ongoing conduct and her attempts to represent my husband despite clear communication that her services have been terminated. Do not hire her!
