This is a response to the Prior feedback that was left for Mr. Bandy. The person that left this feedback does not belong to our Immediate family. My husband and I went to Mr. Bandy before we even knew he was going to wind up in the hospital. Mr. Bandy had already done the will, he only needed to have it signed. He was gracious enough to come to the hospital so my husband could sign it at that time. My husband was not on Strong medicine. There was two witnesses there, One works for the state of Georgia and the other one was a retired nurse, myself, Mr. Bandy and my husband were the only ones in that room. It was all done by the book so whatever this person is saying is made up and hearsay. I would highly recommend Mr. Bandy, if he had not come to the hospital for my husband to sign the will, He would not have been able to sign it at all.He was able to leave the hospital for about a week and then was put back in and he did not have strength to go to the office.. Thank you Mr. Bandy
Wrote a will for a patient on their death bed and had it signed it in the hospital while he was on multiple pain meds. Is representing a woman that plans her husbands funeral while he’s still alive. Said dying patient was told by beneficiary they would do certain things they are not doing. Eill was written while in the hospital with only 3 weeks left before the testor had passed.
