Simmons Dallas is a law firm established in 1995 with an office in Ridgeland, MS. At this office location, there are 7 lawyers practicing general civil practice, litigation, personal injury and 9 other areas of law.
Only meet once after he changed appt . I feel he didn't take my case because a friend of mine who happens to have saved his fathers life didn't understand that I respected him and his wife as much as he. He brought personal business in and felt he NEVER was interested in my case nor was interested in listening.
Working with Michael Jaques was THE WORST decision my husband and I made…. Lots of excuses and ZERO action. I normally don’t post negative comments but when you have a case that is clearly actionable and the attorney sets it aside for over three years(!!) with no resolution and has you sign an agreement where if you take it to another firm they still have to get their 60% cut… unconscionable. I’ll stop here. Buyer beware with this guy.
Where to begin with this review – UNPROFESSIONAL . I think that sums it up perfectly.. My Wrongful Death, Medical Malpractice case against Merit Health Wesley was referred to this firm for “review”. Their so-called, free-lance, “expert” Amy Cox – retired nurse – is one of the most unprofessional people I have ever had the pleasure of dealing with and this includes the sub-standard nursing staff at Merit Health Wesley. . Her first call to me was in late October. She said she had partially reviewed the MASTER medical file ( nearly 3,000 pgs ) I had acquired and had some questions… She asked and I answered. She said due to her schedule she would get back in touch with me in about 2 weeks… I finally heard from her again on December 8th. When she decided to call me while driving down a road, she KNEW she would lose service on, to another appointment. Our call was dropped at least 3 times. She was NOT taking notes; asked the SAME questions from the October phone call – so obviously she did
