I hired Mr. Knight after he assured me that he could and was knowledgeable in Back taxes and fraud cases. After many months of being put off… he said retainer was spent that he could not accomplish what he was suppose to do. Would not recommend. Very disappointed!
Drinks too much showed up at a meeting totally intoxicated. Never did what I was asking him to do as it pertained to collecting personal items of my aunt and mother who had passed away. I was named Exectriux and my stepfather who had a life estate in the real property allowed his children to take over like the Taliban. They had changed the locks on the house before I could arrive from California with my dead aunt's body for burial. This was where she was living and I had every right to be in the house to collect personal things. Instead, all I received were clothes and shoes and they were delivered to a storage locker and put on the floor. I later discover why he had not acting in my best interest was because James Knight had not disclosed that he was in and attended the same Sunday school class and church. I considered this aa HUGE conflict and grounds for non payment but instead to file a claim with the Mississippi State Bar
