Everett Pepper is a dual-licensed attorney in Mississippi and Alabama who focuses his practice on personal injury and wrongful death cases. Known to many as the “Attorney with the Hat,” Everett represents people who have been hurt in car crashes, 18-wheeler accidents, boating incidents, slip and fall injuries, pedestrian collisions, aviation accidents, and dog bite cases. He also helps families seeking answers and accountability after the loss of a loved one. Everett grew up in North Mississippi and spent much of his childhood on his family’s farm in Webster County, working alongside his father. That experience taught him the importance of grit, honesty, and showing up every day ready to do the work values he brings to his clients and his practice. After law school, Everett founded Pepper & Odom in 2012, building the firm around practical guidance and determined representation for people facing difficult circumstances. His time on the farm also sparked a lifelong appreciation for the outdoors, a passion he still carries with him today.
