I'm very glad that I chose to work with Whitehead and Chiocca. I think that there is a great benefit to working with a smaller Law Firm such as this one because my attorney was always available and glad to speak with me regarding any issue I may have had. I would highly recommend this firm, they are very professional and I received even more than I was expecting to.

I was very impressed with the way Michele Chiocca handled my case in which the state had refused to grant me disability. She was incredibly knowledgeable, very prompt in dealing with all issues, and never gave up on my appeal. As a result she was successful in helping me achieve a favorable ruling from the state. I would recommend her to anyone.

Seemed to quick to broker commonwealth attorney's offer to reduce charges from a felony to misdemeanor. If Ms. Chiocca had been more aggressive about obtaining information, I would likely not have pled no contest to reduced charge.
