Hired Attorney David Whaley

Unfortunately I didn't have the money to hire a lawyer. Despite the fact that he knew I could not pay him, Mr. Whaley spoke at length with me and helped me immensely by pointing me toward the statutes that allow my case to proceed. I seriously doubt that I would have found the information on my own, due to the complexity of Virginia's Code, and Dave Whaley had the compassion to help me with this out of the goodness of his heart. I know he can't do that for everyone, but I would recommend hiring his services because he is very knowledgeable, reasonable, caring, and attentive. Case in point, I sent my request into his office around 11pm on a Sunday night, and Dave called me at 8am that Monday morning. Given the nature of my case, I had been very depressed for a very long time, but Mr. Whaley's kindness brought me right back and gave me hope. Most lawyers won't even talk to you without a consulting fee, but Dave proved to me that he truly cares about others.

My interaction with Mr. Whaley was of a conscientious person that reflects in his prompt communication and repeated consolation that put me at ease, like - he got it - and he has, speaks for his sensitivity, a foundation of a responsible profession Mr. Whaley carries. I will always remain grateful to Mr. Whaley and his kind staff.

Hired Attorney David Whaley

David is amazing at what he does, very very very knowledgeable, he's very busy so you'll experience some wait times as far as communication goes, but over all as long as you do what he asks of you, you couldn't possibly be in better hands. First lawyer I've had that actually made me feel like winning the case was more important than the money. God willing I'll never require his services again, but if im ever in a pickle, he's definitely the first person I will call. He's also represented some of my close friends with amazing results.

DAVID WHALEY SET MY SON UP. PLEASE DO NOT HIRE DAVID WHALEY. MY SON STORY WILL BE TOLD. I WILL NOT JUST LET THIS GO.
