Weiland Button, PLC - Attorneys at Law is dedicated to defending persons charged with reckless driving, DUI, speeding, hit and run, eluding, and other traffic crimes and violations. We work with a broad range of clients, including Virginia residents, out-of-state residents, commercial truck drivers, professionals, and college students. Hired Attorney John Weiland

I got a hefty reckless charge in caroline county for excessive speeds and with the efforts of Mr. John Weiland got it extended the first time, then reduced to speeding in the final date. The staff here are very knowledgeable and reliable, but also understanding and considerate. Mr. Weiland took the time after my final hearing to explain to my family members the outcome and shared in their excitement. 10/10 would recommend, and while I hope I never need to hire him again, if the need ever arose I would

Hired Attorney John Weiland

We had a younger person in our family get a DUI in central Virginia and it was a difficult time for our family. John was kind, understanding, and knew exactly what to do. His fee was more than fair and he walked us through every step along the way. John went out of his way to secure an outcome better than imaginable that held the family member accountable but also looked out for his well being. Just call him!!!

Hired Attorney John Weiland

The Weiland Firm is phenomenal! The professionalism and great communication from everyone I encountered at the firm was top notch! My attorney, Mr. Joshua Stock was awesome. He answered all my questions and provided great counsel, calming my fears. I received a reckless driving citation for 90 in a 70 in Dinwiddie, VA and was concerned about the misdemeanor charge and having to appear in person (I live in Florida). Thanks to Mr. Stock, the court reduced my reckless driving ticket to defective equipment, which is a non-moving violation, no-point violation. For anyone in a similar situation, I highly recommend using The Weiland Firm (particularly Mr. Stock)!

Words cannot express the relief after the successful outcome of the case that Mr. Weiland obtained for my (minor) son after a driving infraction. He was excellent! He provided us with excellent preparation information, took into account all of the background info that we presented him with, and through his excellent communication and rapport with the cop, the prosecutor and the judge, the case was dismissed. No need to look further, hire Mr. Weiland!
