Good lawyer, and very friendly and personable. Did very well on my case, yet he sometimes takes a long time to get back with you to answer questions.

This lawyer is nothing more than a prosecuting attorney in disguise. He reads only the DOJ's paperwork and uses it to force you into accepting a plea agreement. He could care less if you are innocent. He refuses to study your defense papers and will not show up at trial prepared to defend you. He will allow the prosecution to break any and all civil laws in order to force you to accept a plea agreement in the end. He is simply NOT a defense attorney. Stay away.

Vaughan Jones did not show up in court for my case didn’t call prior to the date or after to let me know why. I had to hunt him down. He did zero preparation for the case. He never once asked me for any details and when I tried to give him details I was told to “hush” and that non of that matters. He is completely unprofessional and incompetent. Search his name on the va state bar site and you can see his professional misconduct for yourself
