Hired Law Firm

We hired Henry McLaughlin to represent our family in a case against Bank of America, after the financial institution scandal of 2010. We were assured we had a good case. After a year, we learned that Henry McLaughlin had not even filed our case in court, and it had reached the statute of limitations. The State Bar thought it was a simple mistake. Who is accountable? Who will help me get my VA Loan back? Henry McLaughlin should be held accountable; he should satisfy my VA Loan and my loses.

Hired Attorney Henry McLaughlin III

This man should step down. His client's case against me was completely fabricated and false. She tried to hide the fact that she had already been convicted in the same court of 8 felony convictions. Her revelation floored Henry who had obviously not done any sort of background check on this client. Trying to scam me and my wife was his client's motivation. The jury would have none of it.
