Mr Brian K Telfair is an impressive attorney. He appears to be a soft spoken gentleman at first meeting. He is quite the litigator. I enjoyed how knowledgeable and skilled he was as he exposed a corrupt landlord who had a pattern of renting properties and keeping thousands in deposits without adhering to the signed leases that served as legal documents. Well as I stated Mr Telfair was well informed, professional, very precise and won my case. The sleezy landlord never paid but he was exposed and hopefully no one else has fallen victim to his immoral practice of theft and misrepresentation. Thank you Mr Telfair. Didn’t show up to court on the trial date. Lord and said he was getting the case continued when in reality he got it dismissed with prejudice so I can’t bring the case back. Then he didn’t show up for my custody case either that he was handling and filed a motion to withdraw from my case a day before the custody hearing. Then he withdrew two of my other cases. Not to mention he didn’t file appropriate paperwork for a forecloses on my property that he said when he would in 10 days.
