After 20 years in practice the attorneys have mastered the art of superficial charm to guide you to entering into contract for services. Thereafter, one is at there mercy to receive a response and status of the case. I was a client for less than a month when I waited patiently for a return phone call. Then when I eventually reached Schilling, he beat me up with words of how inconvenient my call was at 9:00 a.m. as he was on the courthouse steps. I must have left my crystal ball in my car. Despite how important this case is to me with a million plus in medical bills and the pain and suffering I have endured, I would not lower my standards to his level for this firm to advance my interests. Most law firms are empathic and patient with those who have had serious injury. THIS IS NOT THE FIRM. Your fired.
This man is utterly useless, smug and has no sense of personal responsibility. He’s arrogant and dismissive. He doesn’t return phone calls. He doesn’t do his job. He’s a hinderance. Do not ever choose him as your attorney, you’ll regret it immeasurably. I couldn’t give a worse recommendation. There’s nothing deemable and him, he should be disbarred and I’m submitting a formal complaint to both the Industrial Commision and the VA Bar.
