Recently had Mr. Baruch represent me in a criminal matter and he fought for the best result possible. I warn you do not hire this guy. He lost my husband's trial on September 21, 2021. He was given all the evidence needed to win, he subpoena me and 2 others and had none of us testify. I have hired a new lawyer to clean up his mess by doing an appeal. This man is arrogant, rude and doesn't listen. The whole 9 months he was more worried about getting my husband to take a plea than learning about the case. His assistant Julian Viscidi is the only one who knew anything about the case. I have never seen such a sloppy job done in court and he lost our case which was so easy to win. The prosecutor played a video showing my husband lock a door at 7:54 If Peter would have spoken up and said keep the video playing at 7:55 the jury would have seen my husband unlock the door and customers in and out all night. This was a serious case and he didnt care. He did not try to win. He laughed and talked to the prosecutor during the 2 day trial. He just wants the money and not do any work on your case.
Horrible!!! Waited three years for my personal injury case to go to trial... they lost the case keep my med pay and then billed me for additional cost. I was the victim and was left with nothing! Parcell & Webb on the other hand made money off me. Don’t use this law firm!!!!
