I had a very bad experience with Susan. I could not get a straight answer out of her regarding the taxes vs. Ballato’s fees (separated). I had already paid my taxes online. The first time I spoke to her she was condescending and rude. I brought that up on the second conversation, that she acted as if I don’t know how to spell “Susan”. I explained it was insulting. She said, “You’d be surprised how many people cannot spell Susan”. I was offended by this obviously biased remark regarding City of Richmond residents, many of whom have been disenfranchised their entire lives. It’s inappropriate and unprofessional. She should not be working in this position if she is this biased. I know she does not live in the City because there are things she had no understanding of. Then she lied to me, saying I owed more taxes than what was on the website, wanted my credit card number (NO), said I couldn’t pay by bank check(?), said I had to pay in person (NO) so she could get my credit card? NO

i received a call from someone here stating that i was being taken to court coming up august 20th.... so, i looked it up on the courts website, and nothing comes up at all under my name. whoever this woman was that called me was very rude, and said well it was mailed and the next one will be hand delivered.. so i have been waiting for mail or the sheriff to show up and neither one have. so im just a little confused as to why and how they are saying that i am being taken to court but calling the courts and physically speaking to them, looking it up on the courts website, no one has any record of me having court this month.. ive gotten no mail at all on it, and funny how ever since i got the call and basically told them to go f**k themselves, nobody has called me back since... glad they havent but its just strange.

I had (having) a highly disappointing and frustrating experience with Nguyen Ballato regarding a simple parking ticket payment. On June 2, 2025, I called to pay my ticket and was quoted an amount by their representative (which I wrote down). When I received the receipt, I saw I had been charged more than what was quoted. I called back immediately to address the discrepancy. Instead of transparency and professionalism, I was given the runaround—no supervisor was available, and I was assured someone would review the call. Instead, my payment was reversed without my consent, delaying my ability to get a DMV renewal. I never asked for a refund—I asked for a review of the call. I have now had to explain the issue to three separate reps and was transferred to an anonymous voicemail box when I asked for a supervisor. What should have been a simple call to make a payment turned into an ordeal showing a total lack of professionalism, communication, and respect for customer concerns.

This is a LOW-GRADE “law firm.” Should you be contacted by these degenerates, do yourself a favor…Hire a lawyer!!! The website is USELESS. Their employees are useless. Especially their junkyard dog, Danielle. She was quite laughable to say the least. 😂🤡 However, I was generous with my payment. I did give Danielle an extra $.10 to buy herself a blow- pop. I figured if she’s going to be doing something with her mouth, it should be productive. 😂
