Nathan Mortier will forever be one of my heroes. I had a board complaint made against me in regards to substance abuse. Initially, due to my naivety, I thought that I could just explain the situation and that it would magically go away without repercussions. I was WRONG. My husband suggested that I contact an attorney, "just to be safe". I did a google search and Nathan's firm was one that I contacted. Within an hour, he contacted me over the phone and we spoke for about an hour regarding this serious board complaint matter. He guided me through the process and gave me all possible scenarios. He was there for me during this emotional journey in countless ways. There is NOT a better attorney that I know who is this diligent and compassionate. He continues to followup with me because he genuinely cares about his clients. Without a doubt, if you ever experience a board complaint during your career, do not hesitate to contact Nathan Mortier, ESQ.
Mr. Mortier was great! He was very personable and helpful. He made sure I understood everything that was going on and gave me possible outcomes of the case, which I was most worried about in the beginning. He was exceptional in helping me draft a response letter and going over it with me as well. I would not hesitate to recommend him for any health care matter. Overall, he was prompt, precise, and knowledgeable.
Nathan's professionalism has been outstanding. He provides solid counsel with the ability to follow through with a diplomatic approach. Highly recommend.
Nathan was great, worth every penny. I don't give five stars just because we had a positive outcome, Nathan really took care of us. Our case was complicated and stressful. Nathan is calm and focused, exactly what we needed. I highly recommend.
I have collaborated with many attorneys during a long career in psychology and found Mr. Mortier to be at the top of his profession. He was knowledgeable, informed, exceptionally helpful and with an easy going but professional manner. He is the first on my list for recommendations in both the Williamsburg and greater Washington, DC area.. Philip Scrofani, PhD
I had a problem with being wrongfully terminated from my job at a large hospital. This is my first encounter with Nathan Mortier and he has been excellent. Always available to answer my questions, explain all procedures to me, and advising me on how to handle grievance procedures has resulted in a positive outcome for me. Will definitely recommend him in the future to anyone who finds themselves in my position.
