Working w/ Attorney Oppleman was an amazing experience. I had previously worked w/an attorney w/ which, in working w/ Atty Oppleman, was found of malpractice. He won my case and in addition won me extra due to the malpractice. My parents are now considering retaining him. I would HIGHLY recommend him for any and every thing. Jeff Oppleman has been my sons attorney since he first had trouble over 10 years ago as a juvenile. He is now 25 and just concluded his latest case with a good outcome. I’m so grateful for the hard work Jeff does and the personal professional interest he’s taken in each case. As a parent I couldn’t have asked for a better lawyer for my son. Over the years and countless dealings with the courts Jeff has never once turned us away. He’s worked with us financially, diligently, respectfully. He knew what was needed in order to benefit the outcome. He has never given up on my son and kept him from serving what could have been many years of jail time over the years. I’m so grateful. I will always give my thanks and gratitude to Jeff Oppleman for representing my son. Jeff is more than a great lawyer he is a good man. He is true to his word. He is honest, fair and does not charge enough for his vast experience and knowledge of the law. He was there every step of the way including weekends for my son. He has experience in cases of abused women. I gave little info and he was able to tell me my story. He does not nickel and dime you to death like other lawyers. Trust his advice and follow it even if it goes against what you think is right. He truly knows what he is doing.

I am not a client but rather an observer in the courtroom and acquainted with both parties in the custody suit. What I observed was Mr. Oppleheim being ruthless, working very hard for his own client but willing to manipulate the law to take advantage of a disabled and financially challenged mother in order to win. I didn't find him to work fair, work for an outcome that would be best for the children. It was clear that he has a casual relationship with ethics, morality, family unity, and fairness in general. So yes, he might win your case. The question is how far down are you wanting and willing to go to win, even if it doesn't serve your children well. And he is perfectly fine allowing testimony that is obviously perjury. I'm disappointed with his ethics as it relates to keeping families intact for the sake of the kids.
