Leave a review about your experience with this lawyer.Jason Anthony is a great lawyer, his communication skills are great. He explains every single detail about any and every change that happens in his cases. My experience was a phenomenal one. He told me and my family that I would come home, and he did exactly what he said. If Jason Anthony was a steak he’s definitely the Filet Mignon on the menu.

Hands down best lawyer I have ever worked with. From explaining things to me to picking the right direction to fake my case Jason said and did all the right things to WIN my case
My family and I will forever be grateful to Jason Anthony. I would describe Jason Anthony as a superb tactician and a powerful and passionate advocate who gets to the heart of the matter. Having observed his excellent court room advocacy skills, Jason is undoubtedly one of the most successful defence counsels in serious criminal cases in VA. I would highly recommend Jason Anthony without any hesitation.
Attorney Jason was amazing during our consultation about the assault my children went through. He was incredibly patient and kind, and he made me feel heard and supported. I could tell he genuinely cared about what happened and about my children’s well-being. I left the conversation feeling understood and hopeful. Truly grateful for him and every piece of advice he gave.
He obtained discovery very late in case. Never tried to talk & understand me & what I was saying. Said money was not that much of an issue, but always responded to calls when money was involved. He did not try to go over the discovery with me at all. He made a really good repour with the District Attorney, that made me uneasy. Went into court very cocky. Did not listen to the things I had to say. His reply was " I got this." I feel like I was not properly represented. I feel like him telling me "he has this," "things will be filed," " I have spoken to this person," has all been a lie. I wanted him to file motions, he said he would do and some was not necessary, & he did not follow through with any of them. I am now sitting behind bars. My life, I still am trying to get back to. I know I am innocent. The people that have been hurt in this process and truth not revealed has hurt many people. I can't express how hard this is for me to know inside. I just want everyone to know this truth.
I wish I would have looked at his reviews before I hired him. A month after I hired him, I searched his reviews, because I felt something wasn't right. The reviews I read was the same exact experience I was receiving from him (and he wrote responses to those reviews on different websites to negate the reviews). He does not take calls. His voicemail says to text him for a faster response. It takes days for him to respond. When he does respond its after 9pm at night. And at 9pm at night, you cannot understand what he's saying, its gibberish (take that as you will). Once I met him in court, he only spoke about himself. He claims to be a "Super Lawyer". There was nothing "Super" about the service he provided me. He spoke with me for an hour and a half when we first met. He only spoke about himself in that meeting. When we were in court and now that I reflect on his practices and efforts on my case, he prepared nothing. For months he told me everything would be ok (my case was a DUI).
HE SEEMED TO KNOW WHAT YOU ARE GOING THROUGH, HAD ALL THE RIGHT THINGS TO SAY. WHEN IT CAME DOWN TO GETTING THE ONE THAT YOU LOVE OUT THE SITUATION THEY ARE IN, HE FAILED TRAMATICALLY. HE WAS COCKY GOING INTO COURT. THOUGHT HE HAD EVER ANSWER, BUT REFUSSED TO LISTEN TO THAT ACTUALL PERSON HE REPRESENTED. STAY AWAY FROM HIM. HE TALKS A LOT OF STUFF, BUT DOES NOT REALLY CARE ABOUT THE LIVES HE DESTROYES.
