Mr. Maloney convinced me to hire him for my case. He is very knowledgeable and experience. I was excited to work with him. After payment was made, I didn’t hear from him after several attempts. It wasn’t until trial day and the judge called my case in court That he walked in and up to me. Guess I looked like I was looking for someone. I was frustrated and upset he wasn’t going to show. He finally walked in, asked if I was his client and asked me to step in hall. He presented me with information from opposing counsel I felt he should have known was ridiculous, incorrect and if prepared could have possibly got issue resolved. His support team is no better with communication and relaying messages. Opposing counsel sent information a day before and he never saw until court. He acknowledge he did not communicate well to me. I feel ripped off and want a refund. I paid for representation not provided. I never had to deal with a lawyer. Just my experience.
