I had high hopes when I decided to hire Bullard for my legal needs, but unfortunately, my experience has been far from satisfactory. From the outset, there were promises made that ultimately went unfulfilled. I was led to believe that I would receive dedicated support and timely updates regarding my case, but that was not the reality. One of the most frustrating aspects was the lack of communication. I found it incredibly difficult to reach Bullard. Phone calls went unanswered, and messages were rarely returned, leaving me feeling neglected and uninformed about the progress of my case. It’s disheartening when you’re relying on a professional for guidance, only to find yourself in the dark. While I understand that legal matters can be complex and outcomes are not always guaranteed, I expected a higher level of commitment and transparency. Unfortunately, the results were not what I had hoped for, and I felt let down by the overall service
