Elliott Bender is a native of Richmond, Virginia and practicing in the area of Criminal and Traffic Defense since 1996.

He is admitted to the Virginia, New Jersey and Washington, D.C. Bars. Furthermore, he is a member of the Richmond Criminal Bar, Henrico County Bar Association, Chesterfield County Bar Association, Virginia Association of Criminal Lawyers and the National Association of Criminal Defense Lawyers.

Mr. Bender has successfully argued before The Virginia Supreme Court in Harris v. Commonwealth, The Virginia Court of Appeals in Poindexter v. Commonwealth and was co-counsel at trial and participated in the brief in the successful appeal in the matter of Fine v. Commonwealth.

Hired Attorney David Reinhardt

I hired David for a civil matter that required a good attorney. David was very diligent and intentional in every aspect of the case from beginning until the court was satisfied, at which time handed down a positive decision. David is a strong and communicative attorney and is very honest about the case and possible outcomes. David is by far the most trustworthy attorney I have ever worked with and would highly recommend him.

Elliott worked out a better deal than I thought possible for my 2nd DUI charge in Richmond city court for a very fair price. He has an extensive knowledge of the Richmond city court system, and has positive a relationship with seemingly everyone who works there. He is a straight-shooter, who in my case under-promised and over-delivered.
