Hired Attorney Ernest Gates

Rusty defended my son on charges of selling marijuana. He did terrific work, negotiating a deal allowing my son to earn a second chance by keeping his nose clean for a year (testing negative for drug use, checking in with the court, attending drug counseling, holding a full-time job, etc.). My son kept his end and got a dismissal. Court mistakes led to a few bumps, but Randy deftly handled them. He also got "parental" when necessary to make sure my son learned from his mistake!
