Mr. Worthington is a Virginia native, growing up in Richmond, and is a member of the American, Virginia and Richmond Area Bar Associations, as well as the Virginia Trial Lawyers Association. He spent six years as an associate attorney at Rinehart, Butler, Hodge, Moss & Bryant in the Fredericksburg area and, most recently, was associated with Coates & Davenport in Richmond, Virginia.
