Chucker & Reibach is a law firm with an office in Richmond, VA. At this office location, there are 6 lawyers practicing dui/dwi/drunk driving defense, reckless driving, speeding and 7 other areas of law.
They helped me get my ticket reduced. They weren't the easiest to communicate with, but they did what I hired them to do, so I really can't complain.
Practical, reliable, and honest.
What started out as a $200 fee turned into $1004 in fees. Their communication with the client is horrible. Initially I spoke with a guy named Reibach but then he turned my file/case over to Caddell. I tried to reach him a few times and was referred to the receptionist, who in turn, in the end gave me the wrong address to the courthouse! Do yourself a favor and run as fast and far away as possible before allowing these guys to represent you. Wish I could've fired him!
Bart charges 3800 to handle your DUI case. Additional charges apply if there is an appeal. He will not in most all cases be there when you go to court. He plea bargains his cases with the prosecutor and will send his lower level attorney there to handle the work. The lower level attorney is not good at all. So in summation you pay about 1900 per hour of actual work. I consider him a waste of money.
