I was in need of an attorney for a reckless driving charge and Mr. Bain was one of the first attorneys that popped up on a google search that served in the location I was pulled over. Mr. Bain told me exactly everything I needed to do and needed to have done to prove to the judge that the mitigation I was presenting him meant I was remorseful for my reckless driving incident. I had done everything Mr. Bain told me to do and was hoping I would only get my license suspended, nothing more. However, the judge- who went to school with Mr. Bain- plead my ticket down to improper driving (no license suspension and no misdemeanor). If I had not chosen Mr. Bain as my lawyer, I am not sure what would have happened. Not only did my reckless driving charge get plead down a lot, but Mr. Bain always responded to my emails within the same day (sometimes within the hour) and always answered any questions I had. Had a criminal case and he didn't argue anything for me. Commonwealth attorney gave me a plea deal and when get to court they doubled the time in which was agreed upon. Chris didn't open his mouth and just said I should just go along with it...

I needed service for reckless driving, i talked to attorney bain about what happened, and when we were in court he didn't argue anything about my case to the judge nor did he questioned the officer on how he figured how fast i was going without radar. I wouldn't recommend his service to anyone with a case. Check around for fee and service.
