Mr Brian K Telfair is an impressive attorney. He appears to be a soft spoken gentleman at first meeting. He is quite the litigator. Didn’t show up to court on the trial date. Lord and said he was getting the case continued when in reality he got it dismissed with prejudice so I can’t bring the case back. Then he didn’t show up for my custody case either that he was handling and filed a motion to withdraw from my case a day before the custody hearing. Then he withdrew two of my other cases. Not to mention he didn’t file appropriate paperwork for a forecloses on my property that he said when he would in 10 days.
