I was handed a petty larceny charge and was given Russell Bowles as my court appointed, my mouth dropped when the judge said his name as I’ve heard of him. At first, we didn’t see eye to eye but once I gathered my information, I took the time to explain mental issues and health, he completely understood. Even thanked and told me I gave him a new outlook and understanding to my defense I wanted and was the truth to go with, case was dismissed. He then represented me again, I had one petty stick years ago, the other one dismissed and he was able to get me into the First offenders. He is kind, caring, takes his job serious and isn’t about the money. He’s well liked throughout the courts, he presents himself as a gentlemen, he’s just on top of and amazing at what he does. Russell Bowles recently successfully represented me in a misdemeanor case at Chesterfield GD Court. He has a commanding presence in the courtroom and it's plain to see that he's well liked and respected by the Judge, Commonwealth's Attorney and other courthouse staff.
