Yes Ben Rand was retained for an Emergency Hearing for me, I found him to be very high strung, dismissive, brash and abrasive. He has now not only disrespected me via emails,after the hearing was over he walked out without talking to me the client and now due to lack of communication I end up with another charge that he is refusing to answer my questions as to why I paid for a service and received a contempt due to lack of communication on where to report. I would not personally recommend Ben.
