Hired Law Firm

I wanted to give business to fellow sisters and had been referred to Mitchell & Duff, LLC through my discount law services plan. I was very disappointed in the slow, slower, slowest process that I have ever experienced in having a Will probated. It took so long, that the four years was almost up by the time my mother's will was probated. The staff were very friendly and my Lawyer was cordial, but my expectation was not met.

Hired Law Firm

***WARNING ** It's been 4 years I paid these people $1500 down and they have charge me $1500 for answering about 10 emails and a couple phone call and have done nothing for my case ! So don't waste your money they don't care about you and your situation

We are sorry this client is unhappy.. While this person is anonymous, we believe, and are proud, that we successfully dismissed the case and avoided threatened jail time for this client. We are unclear as to why they are unhappy with this result.

Lack of communication made the whole process more stressful. Actions taken were at a snails pace.

We value and communicate our clients. All probate cases are different and follow different time lines. Things that can effect a probate matter are will contests, a lack of a will, location of heirs, saturated Court docket which handle all areas of law.

What are the different Martindale-Hubbell Peer Review Ratings?*
