For almost 30 years, our family law office has handled family law cases in the courtrooms of Houston and the surrounding parts of Texas.

Joseph Indelicato, Jr., P.C. has been committed to representing clients in family law matters for over fifteen years. The founder of the firm, Joseph Indelicato, Jr., an experienced litigator and father, has specialized in family law because he realizes and appreciates the importance of family. Over the years, he has tried hundreds of trials to both juries and judges. Most of the firm's practice is based in Harris County, Fort Bend County, and Brazoria County.

Each family dispute is unique and may require a customized strategy. Joseph Indelicato, Jr., P.C. possesses the legal skills and experience to advise and work with clients to either resolve issues through settlement or to prepare the case for litigation. Hired Attorney Joseph Indelicato Jr.

Mr. Indelicato represented me in very delicate family law case. I can't tell you how grateful I am to him for outcome of the case. He knows the law and will not cave to the other side. His staff is knowledgeable and very responsive.

I was represented by Mr. Indelicato several years ago while a minor in my teens. Mr. Indelicato was verbally abusive to me and acted contrary to my wishes and my best interests.

He is just a big liar who wants to take away whatever you have and left you become homeless. One of worst attorneys in this world. What a shame on him! Because of his mistake and lazy for my case, I lost my case. The guy said to me "it is judge's fault, not me."

Hired Attorney Joseph Indelicato Jr.

He is a very terrible attorney. His first priority for your case is to get all you have and then dump your case without care. He threatens clients for achieving his financial goal. Not recommendation to anyone at all.
