I spoke with Jerry Gilbert on several occasions both on the phone and in person. I found him to be a very kind, understanding, and compassionate man and I will continue to use his firm whenever necessary.
Jerry Gilbert was not comforting at all! He was distant, rude and had an attitude. He wouldn't communicate at all until time for court. Then his reseptionist would send a letter out a week before the court date and that was it! I dont think he spoke 10- 15 words through the whole 2 years of going to court! He did not fight for my som at all. This was the worst experience we could have ever gone through with a lawyer. My son was facing a very scary situation and 10 years , first offense, And this lawyer did nothing to help prove my son's innocence! Jerry couldn't show receipts of hours worked on the case at all. Plus he tried to keep $ that was not owed to him after it was all over in court. Least to say that we will never ever ever go to this firm again!!! Horrible experience!!!
