You can never get a hold of her when you need her. She seems not to know what you are talking about. You have to remind her who you are each time and go over your case overtime. She just doesn't do much, we had to do all paper work and making copies to take to her so all the leg work. She says she will get back to you and she never does you have to keep calling her back.
