Hired Attorney

Do not use Ivan as a mediator. He opens by intentionally minimizing the victim's injury, then makes the victim feel guilty and forces an appearance of 'greed' in the "group meeting" where he starts by INSTRUCTING the victim that he/she should NOT have high expectations, because this is a 'settlement', but then FAILS TO INSTRUCT the insurer that they should NOT minimize the severity of the pain caused by the accident - immediate bias and pressure on victim. Shameful.
