The worst experience I've ever had with a "professional" in my entire life. He uses the bait and switch tactic by luring people in with a $20 coupon for a simple will, then attempts to force other documents down your throat with no intention of actually selling the $20 will (I'm guessing his prey of choice is older folks that might be vulnerable for this deception). When I called him out on this he called me a "cheapskate" and kicked me out of his office.
