About James Eason

My name is James Eason and I’m proud to say that I’m a trial attorney. When I first started practicing law in 2003, I was working for an insurance defense firm. After spending several years in that area, I took what I learned and began fighting for the rights of the injured and abused. To me it’s simple: Treat people with dignity and respect. But don’t be afraid to stand up for yourself and your family.

I run my practice the way I live my life. That is with passion, intelligence, wit and drive. I can’t imagine being anything but a trial attorney. It is such a privilege to represent someone in their time of need. It is such an honor to be the person chosen to help those when they’re at the lowest point in their lives. The Martindale-Hubbell Peer Review Ratings process is the gold standard due to its objectivity and comprehensiveness. Lawyers solicited for peer reviews include both those selected by the attorney being reviewed and lawyers independently selected by Martindale-Hubbell. All reviewers are verified as attorneys through Martindale-Hubbell’s extensive attorney database. Only attorneys practicing at least three years and receiving a sufficient number of reviews from non-affiliated attorneys are eligible to receive a Rating.
