Julian Nacol has got to be the most uneducated attorney to meddle in Family Law. He continues to create conflict, filing baseless motions, and emergency orders to run up billable hours. He LIES in court to try and gain the upper hand as his expertise lacks; he has made FALSE allegations against the opposing party and her spouse. He yells at women while on the stand, to try and intimidate him; and can't write a final order to save his life. There is a reason, why the "Father's" he initially represents don't go back. DO NOT fall for the Videos, and Reels, he is more of a personality and nothing more but a 'boy' riding his father's coat tails.
Hired Julian to represent us in a real estate purchase gone bad. He strung us along, refused to listen to our concerns and instructions. He non-suited my co plaintiff and then made a deal regarding “my financial” obligation with the former client he non suited. He was not legally allowed to non suit this plaintiff and the judge added him back morning trial started. Court reporter removed all of Julian’s objections on the record and Julian refuses to report this court reporter or persue obtaining an accurate transcript. He should be disbarred. He cost us 300k.
