Always answered our calls and if he couldn’t he would call us back super easy to communicate with , kept us in the loop with the case , honest, and still working with him now but we are very happy with his services thank you !!!

I didnt hire him but my common law spouse did and he didnt show to his court date today to represent him after filing a suit agaisnt me. If you hire him make he does what you are paying him to do. I personally didn't find his methods very professional by the letter he wrote me, bullying me with false threats of prosecution to the fullest extent of the law, property matters arent enforced criminally they are enforced in civil court usually in small claims courts. You cant prosecutue someone for taking their own items they paid for last i checked. so maybe he should stick to civil court and not try to play a criminal attorney as I'm not a criminal.

Where to begin. Everything the previous review stated was the same behavior this Extremely unprofessional, heartless, thief of an attorney did to my sick daughter as well as myself. He completely ignored WHY, i hired him in the first place. He manipulated my sick daughter that I have full power of attorney over. He tricked her into believing she was getting a temporary visitation order to so how as I had to leave for a very short time to ending her case after she made it clear she wanted a jury trial. When he refused to do anything to help we didn't use him or ask him anything. We knew he was not going to help us but getting my money back would be hard. So we allowed him to stay on only if we needed to file an appeal. This man barely spent anytime with us. He charged for things I can prove he never did. He manipulated my daughter telling her if she didn't pay $15K asap she wouldn't have a chance. My daughter has health issues and even lost her site. I can write way more. Out of room

Hired Attorney

Shortly after paying Bryan Sample very large retainer fee, he literally disappeared and stopped working on my case. I reached out to him many, many times and would get responses several days or a week later saying he was busy and he’s get back to me later. I finally told him I needed to seek other representation because he wasn’t doing anything. So he decided to keep almost all my retainer without doing any work at all and has been ignoring me ever since then.
