Gary was poor at communicating with me. On several occasions I didn't know whether or not I had to appear. For a pre trial conference he told me not to come to court, 30 min before he said I had to appear via Zoom. Twice I showed up at the courthouse, taking off work, to find something was rescheduled without them notifying me. Overall he did the very minimum to get a plea deal. He didn't know any details in my case and I had to tell him about the dicrepencies in the police report. Complete hack in my opinion.
Scott Cirilli was useless. Good old buddy system in my opinion. Wate of time. Doesn’t listen. Upset because I would email him late at night when my mind was working. I didn’t know those emails woke him up. Big mistake signing on with him. I tried to communicate with him regarding my case. I communicated he didn’t. To busy on vacation or hunting. Didn’t care didn’t advocate. I stuck with him in hopes he would represent me eventually. Had enough of him.
