Brian Hirsch is active in the legal community, offering over a dozen lectures on family law topics and working as editor for the Virginia Family Law Quarterly. Mr. Hirsch wasted two years handling a property/QDRO case that just needed to be rewritten. Very poor responding back to phone calls and emails. Even the paralegal service they contracted to do the work was continually waiting for responses from Mr. Hirsch. Finally after sending a letter to the firm the case was handed to someone else to finally complete. Very poor service.

Carol Ehlenberger took my divorce case knowing that Spousal support would likely be the only contentious issue. In 6 months time, the only thing Carol accomplished for me was to deliver my answers to my spouses Interrogatories and document requests, 2 weeks overdue. Carol was hard to get a hold of and was unresponsive to my specific requests. She was determined to have me agree to paying more in temporary support than I could afford and when I finally said no, she tried to withdraw as my counsel

Terrible experience working with them. They are just money hungry. I assume it’s because they don’t get as many clients as they make it seem, which is because they then result to taking advantage of their clients.
