As a successful trial attorney, Craig Franco delivers favorable outcomes for clients by understanding his client’s goals and objectives – both in litigation and in business. For Craig, having knowledge of the law and how to apply it is a given. He has tried hundreds of cases and is a trustworthy resource who can quickly analyze the key components of each case, which allows his clients to continue to focus on what is most important to their business.
Craig has a breadth of knowledge of the law and can swiftly apply it to work with the client to chart strategy for the win. That means considering the client’s business needs–not just its legal needs–now and in the future. By collaborating with the client as a business partner, he works tirelessly to make sure that the win isn’t just a win in the courtroom, but a win for the client’s entire business.
Prior to joining Odin, Feldman & Pittleman, Craig tried numerous jury and non-jury cases as a state prosecutor. That experience, along with his civil litigation background, enables him to present a comprehensive range of litigation matters in state and federal courts in Virginia, Washington, D.C., and Maryland. Craig routinely represents clients in contentious business break-ups, government and commercial contractors in their various disputes, management in employment discrimination claims and clients in trade secrets’ disputes.
Beyond the courtroom, Craig is active coaching youth soccer and baseball in Great Falls, VA, and he enjoys spending time with his family.
