About Peter E. Meyers

Peter Meyers graduated from the University of Washington with a Bachelor of Arts degree in Political Science in 1989, and earned his J.D. from Willamette University College of Law in 1993. Peter served as a Deputy Prosecutor in the Criminal Division of the King County Prosecuting Attorney’s office from 1993 – 2000, where he tried numerous cases before King County juries, the Washington State Court of Appeals, and the Washington Supreme Court.

Mr. Meyers entered private practice in 2000, and joined Swanson Gardner in 2010. He became a named partner in the firm in 2015.

Peter has been named as a Super Lawyer in 2007, 2008, 2009 and 2015, and was a “Rising Star” in 2006.

The Martindale-Hubbell Peer Review Ratings process is the gold standard due to its objectivity and comprehensiveness. Lawyers solicited for peer reviews include both those selected by the attorney being reviewed and lawyers independently selected by Martindale-Hubbell. All reviewers are verified as attorneys through Martindale-Hubbell’s extensive attorney database. Only attorneys practicing at least three years and receiving a sufficient number of reviews from non-affiliated attorneys are eligible to receive a Rating.

What are the different Martindale-Hubbell Peer Review Ratings?*
